Information we collect

When you create or use an account, we may receive your email address, account and device identifiers, App Store subscription or entitlement status, saved props, alert preferences, and Pick Tracker entries. We may also process technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure BettorProps, authenticate users, manage subscriptions and feature access, maintain the service, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve product performance.

Sports and sportsbook data

BettorProps displays sports statistics, odds, and analytical estimates obtained or derived from data providers. Your use of the research features does not guarantee any sports or wagering outcome.

Service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, authentication, databases, analytics, email, sports data, and payment or app-store services. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services for BettorProps and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

For one-time free trials, we store the account identifier, a hashed normalized email address, trial start and expiration times, and first-use status. We retain a limited trial claim after account deletion to prevent repeated trial claims. No payment method is collected for this trial, and it does not automatically become a paid subscription.

Your choices

You can permanently delete your BettorProps account and associated app data from the Account screen in the iPhone app. You may also contact us with privacy questions. Some limited information may be retained when required for security, legal, fraud-prevention, or transactional purposes. Deleting a BettorProps account does not cancel an Apple subscription, which must be managed through your Apple account.

Children

BettorProps is not directed to children. Sports wagering is age-restricted in many jurisdictions, and users are responsible for complying with applicable laws and age requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy as BettorProps evolves. The effective date above will be updated when material revisions are published.
