Eligibility and lawful use
You may use BettorProps only in compliance with applicable laws. If you use information from BettorProps in connection with sports wagering, you are responsible for meeting all age, location, and other legal requirements that apply to you.
No betting or financial guarantee
BettorProps is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers. Model probabilities, projections, grades, value indicators, odds, statistics, and other outputs are estimates and may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, or change without notice. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for decisions you make using the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under it. You must provide accurate information and must not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape in violation of applicable restrictions, or attempt unauthorized access to BettorProps or its systems.
Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing periods, renewal, cancellation, and refund rights may depend on the platform through which a subscription is purchased. App-store purchases are also subject to the applicable store's terms and billing rules.
Third-party data
Sports, sportsbook, and other third-party data may be supplied by outside providers. Availability and accuracy can vary. BettorProps does not control third-party sportsbooks, leagues, data providers, or their services.
Intellectual property
BettorProps software, design, branding, and original analytical content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, statistics, and data remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
Service availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, BettorProps is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of guaranteed accuracy, availability, winnings, or fitness for a particular wagering decision. To the extent permitted by law, BettorProps and its operators are not liable for wagering losses or decisions made in reliance on the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
